Are you referring to the tip top guides or the entire rod tips? The TT guides are available just about everywhere. Grizzly Jig Co. has a wide variety of rod tips.
I would get an assortment of sizes because all rods are a little different and the size will change depending on how far down the rod breaks.

They have packs of three rod tip eyes at Walmart....3 sizes in each pack....one is sure to fit. I use JB Weld to put mine on with.

These come with the "glue" .... but, if you don't get it done correctly, the tip will come loose (especially if the tip is actually a little too big for the end of the rod blank). Had that happen to a friends rod tip, so I glued it down with Loctite Super Glue Gel .... it ain't going anywhere, now. :ThumbsUp
If it is only an inch or two broken off I have used a lighter to heat the glue in the old tip, pull the broken end of the rod out and reuse the tip on the rod. It was a little snug but slide on and was good to go
Wish I had done something like that with the one I broke. I just cut the rod down to the next guide and still use it like that....lol.
I save pieces of broken rods to repair other rods. I have one rod been spliced back together in two places...still works great. I trim the broke edges to get them smooth and in plumb...the take a slightly simpler dia. piece from a old rod and cut a piece about 2 in long...use JB weld on it and insert it 1 in the two pieces of the rod I am putting back together...butt together and wipe off excessive JB weld. Cant hardly tell it's been broken.
