Motorized Trailer Dolly

Hi All - looking to see if anyone has a recommendation on a motorized (electric preferably) trailer dolly. I have a Blackhawk 2170 on a tandem trailer and my everything doesn't work as good as when I was younger trying to man handle it! Looking at a TRAX T6000 and another one on saferwholesale.com. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

I am looking for one as well. My pontoon has to come in the door and then move over to the side. Being a tandem trailer it is hard to turn in the shop. I can push the tongue over and it will roll back unless I scotch the jack wheel. I know as the years add up, it ain't going to get an easier.

I’d like to have one it is almost impossible to turn a tandem trailer around by hand.

Hi delta rat - I have a friend that stores his pontoon in a metal building that has one door. He also has other large items in there as well. He bought a set of caster carts that you see placed under the tires of a car to make it easy to maneuver the cars in tight spaces. It works well when used in a flat space and only takes a couple of minutes using a floor jack to get them under the tires. They are pretty reasonable as well. Hope this helps

My son used to use those on his single axle ski boat. Putting them under and taking them out regularly would be a pain. The older I get the easier I want things. It is a good idea though.

I put a ball on my JD lawn tractor and used it.

Also seen a lot of hitches on the front of a vehicle for this.

That would certainly make it maneuverable

I have a hitch on my ranger side by side. I can put trailers anywhere I want them with that.
