I have bought several types of flashabou: mirage, holographic, regular, and some crystal. These are all real thin; do they make wider sizes?
Also, what kind of flash is the stuff that looks like bright dots on a string? I thought it was crystal, but the crystal I bought looks different. I have a few bass lures that have it, but don't know where to buy it, or what it is called. Let me see if I can find a picture... TIA

I believe that is crystal flash.
I know they make a saltwater flash that is wider. I have seen stuff around 1/8" wide before.
Yes the stuff that looks like dots is the Krystal flash. It's the twisted ones.

Another pic from searching... OK, Krystal flash. I guess it photographs a little different than it looks in person, or I have bought the wrong stuff. My MegaBass Popper bass lure has some that looks like pearls on a string, way different than the stuff I bought.
There are several sizes, pretty much from 1/100" to 1/8" wide.

I just got some of the Magnum Flashabou and it’s twice as wide as the regular. Thought I would try it, but think I have some other that is the same width as the Magnum. There is some even wider than that, but not sure it’s not too wide.

The flash on my MegaBass stuff is unique, very nice. Probably a JDM supplier. Very nice stuff. Not like the Danville Krystal flash I just bought.
I realized I should photograph my jigs, and I haven't done that lately. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow. I have a picture in my mind of what I want, just need the right flash - oh, and a dead squirrel.
