Anyone having any success on Cave Run? Hoping to make a trip down for a day and any insight would be appreciated. Never fished this lake so looking for some advice, best place to put in a 17ft Tracker.

Buckeye .... Cave Run is only down about 1ft from Summer Pool so launching shouldn't be a problem at most any ramp. Now, that level is subject to rising a bit if they get a couple inches of rain as forecast.
This link will show you the water levels : Louisville District Daily Lake Report
This link will show you the GPS coords of the habitat placed in the lake by the KDFWR : Cave Run Lake Fish Attractors - Google My Maps The map is interactive, so you can zoom in and see the placement areas, & types of cover used. Click on any of the habitat icons and get three formats of the GPS coords of that habitat spot. The format you use will depend on what brand depth finder you have & what format it uses.
I've always used the Alfrey Ramp or the Scott Creek Marina Ramp. There is a launch fee at those ramps (I think $5).
It's been quite a few years, but the last time I was there was in Oct. & Cassidy Ford Hollow was choked with moss. Most boats we saw were out in the middle of the lake, fishing the brushpiles there & along the shore of the Zilpo campground.
I'll defer any recommendations of areas to fish to those members that fish it regularly (or have recently fished there) as I have not been there for quite some time.
Wow, thanks pappy. Just looking for some new places to fish.
Hopefully, Seekbigger & Littlejohn will chime in with some advice. They're the only two I know of that have fished there recently (about a month ago, at night) .... and they did quite well Spider Rigging at night.
If I was gonna fish right now I would put in at Clay Lick ramp, stop and get a parking pass first 5 buck for a day. After launching I would start up toward the river and fish all the points from there to longbow, plenty of structure in there and shouldn't be too hard to locate them using electronics. I do best spider rigging, but single poleing over brush will produce as well. Just my thoughts, God Bless and good luck.
