Riddle Park at Lake Lemon?

Does anyone know if Riddle Park is still open for driving into? It seems to close too early in the year and opens too late in the spring.
Wife and I would like to do some bank fishing.

As small as it is, and where you park when the park gate is closed, easy short walk to the point or bank. East bank is most productive facing South Park of lake.

It was not a bad walk, we pulled our wagon full of gear to a couple of spots.
The wind was medium and the boat traffic was higher than I expected.
We caught a few small bluegill nothing more.
That east bank is a tough spot with all the rocks but we had fun being out, stayed for four hours.
