Ambrosia

Haven’t had any for a while, probably since last year, and when I went to the grocery I spotted some that would fit the bill. I’m talking about apples. These are Ambrosia type and have a good firm sweet flavor. When I lived in TN, the last house had an apple tree In the front yard. Long story short, they get sliced about 1/4” thick and dressed with cinnamon, then take a ride in the dehydrator. Only took one time for these to become my favorite way to eat an apple. It’s like putting a slice of apple pie in your mouth. Every time. First of next month opens Dove season and I plan to be in a field doin the deal. Maybe some of these will be left. If you never have done this, it’s easy Peezy and some kind of good. Give it a shot, and enjoy when you do.......Skeet
