So down from truman dam just north of hwy7 bridge is a small ramp, is it public or private? I like fishing up there but there way too many people at Bledsoe especially now that the dam is open again. Thanks

If you have a spare tire or anything that hangs down on the trailer it will probably drag. Why not drake?
