Made another line run today

Still only set out 40 hooks but kept plenty . Found 2 dead ruined on lines not sure if current drown them or poor water . Had another hung up , tried 3 times to pull it out of roots . Hard to do in a canoe . Maybe fish will still be there when water drops more . We have plenty to fry for a while .

What do you bait with? Made my second attempt with jugs a couple weeks ago and still had no luck.
