Since we still have so much water , decided to set a few limb lines . We use a canoe to set out limb lines baited with Bream . Caught enough for a good fish fry after trimming the fillets and cutting them into small steaks . Most were good fish but the big Blue made the rest look small . Kinda exciting trying to land the big ones out of a canoe in the current . :Rofl

What are the smaller ones, flatheads I would assume?
Only one Flathead about 3 Channels ,the big one and rest are Blues . I was hoping for Flatheads .Quote:

Found a place I did not have to add line to reel to get to tops! Friend and I picked up 25 Monday and 36 Wednesday. Crappie in the pan, fried fresh squash, sliced tomatoes, Cold iced tea, and smiling!
