PICOS on Barkley
My son has been bugging me for a couple of years about fishing in a tournament, I’m more of a fish for a fish sandwich kinda guy, but Saturday we finally fished our first. He’s a great kid and heck of a fisherman so I couldn’t turn him down anymore. Saturday we put the PICOs in the water a little before 6 and it was one here one there for most of the day. At 2 o’clock we weighed in with a winning 9.66lbs and 1.91 crappie good for 2nd in big fish. Now he’s pretty much Kevin Van Dam and you can’t talk to him without an appt, as much fun as we had there are some problems, he wanted half the winnings and he paid for nothing and I’m pretty sure he’s gonna want to fish every tournament he can find. For reports sake it was nothing fancy, we had Red Craw 55ft back running about 1.5. Attachment 342694
