We fished coves in 12-13' of water with minnows and jigs tipped with minnows and caught some really nice fish. Even though the wind was terrible, we managed three limits fairly easily. Ten of them were a pound or better with the biggest at 14" and just shy of 1.75#. Mostly whites, but did pull a few decent black crappie off of one dock that had wind crashing in to the shady side.
