I remember that being a safety tip when we were kids if you were on fire . I never found myself in that situation as of yet , but to be sure sometimes when things are on fire.....
STOP DROP and ROLL works …..:Rofl
I stopped the truck , I dropped my jig and I rolled them crappie fish this morning :highfive
smashed em pretty good last stop and of course time wasn't my friend and I had to leave them frisky lil rascals . I stood below the guardrail of the road on a steep bank and whacked em real good for about 20 minutes or so . One guy was watching me and creeping closer every fish and I headed towards him as I broke down my 2 pc and said this ….
they are all over that bank about 2 foot under a float and you should go get em , I have to leave but someone should finish what I started or sure. .Let me tell you this , he was scooting that way at a trot as I drove off into the sunrise :Rofl
found a few in the dark and only got to hit about 5 spots in an hour and a half and none were close to as good as the last stop at sunrise ,go figure ,right when it was time to go ….
sure do love float ketchn ….makes me focus and as SK will tell you I am short on that :biggrin
managed a few yellow bass and a black bass as well and lost a few here and there and let them all go back to doing what they were doing before I interrupted them
got there about 5 15 am and left at 6 45 and boy howdy it was chilly at 45 degrees for this part of the world this time of year
