Those jigs have a white base coat. I don't see pearlescent effect except on the white one (probably screen). You can buy a pearlescent additive to add to powder paint. Try Powder By The Pound or Columbia Coatings. If you want to try some fun stuff check out "illusion" powder paint.
Pretty sure you can get an additive for regular paint also. For fingernail polish I think they call it a satin finish.....
What I do for more sheen is I take the base color and mix 100% clear with it. About 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of base. Try it then add just a tiny bit until I’m happy with it. That white I think is just pearlescent white.
These have a pearl shine too them just hard to see in the picture. I know for sure they have a white base coat and you can even see it on the orange one in the picture but wasn’t sure if that would do what I wanted.

Those are Candy colors over white base, except the pink is over a red base.
might be a pearl base with a candy overcoat......
If I wanted to know how to do this I would send a picture to TJ s tackle and he will tell you exactly how to get these colors
