I would like to know too. I found one just like that except it was dark chocolate in color a couple of years ago. (Maybe more mature) It was hard like an acorn.

D-10 on the Arkansas chapter is biologist. You might post there. There is also one on the Missouri chapter.

I did cook mine. Taste like chicken. It was a mite chewy.
