I have never fished Mississippi. I was going to Reelfoot, but it dosen't soud like much is happing there so i will just keep driving south. I know its late notice but do you think i would be able to find a guide on such short notice? I would like to go to Wasington or Grenada

Might call one or two even if they primarily guide on another lake. They may know someone that can help.

Was there last week the males were starting in the shallows and a few females were moving in and out. Some are saying the spawn is over but a couple of locals didn't think it had started yet. Hope this helps

Some smaller fish looks like they may have spawned but not the big girls
.. They are catching a few males and smaller females in the trees but the biggest females are still out in the lake in deeper water....I have been catching 15 - 25 about every day on my trips !!!
