My wife and I decided to put our lake lot back on the market. It has a very wide view of Guntersville and there is a community ramp about 150 yards in front of the lot. The lot is sloped and great for a daylight basement. It is currently overgrown. It is priced to move at $29,900. We were going to retire there but decided to stay in Knoxville. I wish I had the money to purchase your lot. It's been my dream for years to own a lot on the Big G! I live in Indiana right now but plan to move down that way in the next few years!

What size is the lot? Is the lot right on the water or across the street from the water? Is it channel water or shallow?

The lot is 1/3 acre. It is about 150 yards from the water and the boat ramp. The ramp is on the main channel and mid-lake area. This is the view as taken from the street in front of the lot. It is very panoramic.
