Oconee 3-14 and 3-15-19

Me and grandson had couple just boys days, fished Thurs and Friday.
Thurs fished noon to 6pm had 38 keepers, he caught 1st fish and had several hybrid battles. Start temp 56 end 60. Single 1/16th 1 to 1.4 keep off bottom. Popsicle, acid rain, john deere were favorites. Fish were 10 to 12 inch mostly around 11-11.5.
Fri tried different a creek after little morning rain. We got poles out and fished where wind would let us. Got on some quality fish in a small area and ran .6 to .8. Temp start 58 end 62, 44 keepers. Boy got some doubles which was fun to see, didn't get many pics, seems i was always in tight quarters. Got a cooler pic early Friday after he caught 2 nice fish on double. He was happy, me too.
