Is the river good down there, did the flooding change the running up much

Muddy and trashy in places on the main channel. Backwaters are clearing up

Lots of sand pushed up in places. I haven't found many major changes yet. If you are entering anything from the main channel, go slow, you never know where a new log or sandbar could be. Some areas are silted in more, while others are blown out more.

You got that ten Tom pegged. My family roots go to the banks at a place we call frog level just out of Fulton Part of the original channel still runs thru some family land there. Still get a taste of tombigbee yellow cat from there every once and a while but not the crappie.
