Looks like I got my family talked into going turkey hunting in the area. I was going to bring my boat in case the turkey do not cooperate because I’m bringing my 6 year old with me. I have never laid eyes on Barnett before. I mainly spider rig. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated like what ramp to use and maybe even a place to check out. Places to stay? And places to EAT!!! HahahahaThanks guys!
Launch at Tommy's trading Post. Off of hwy 43 north end of lake. From there it all depends on wind, current, and wind. Stay true to the navigation channels, idle speed at all other places since you don't know the waters. It's full of stumps, shallow weedy bays and stumps.
