Awesome find

Went to the deep freezer to pull out some after church cube steaks to thaw and below all the deer and wild pig I found last years final 2 bags of fillets! Woo hoo. It's like I just caught 40 crappie cause I got about 80 fillets here. Hot dog

Maybe a fish fry and a smoked pig leg....I smoked a deer ham for the first time last year and it was great. I wonder how a wild pig ham would be... I brined and injected deer leg so that helped a lot

We vein or artery pump deer hams, then smoke them.
