Back in action
Been out for a few months with a bad back. While I was out done some upgrading to my rig. New helix 10 and terrova. So today I head out for horseshoe with hopes that my new equipment would put me on the slabs. When I arrive to my spot my new helix 10 would not turn on and my bubbler would also not turn on. Disappointed to say the least I powered through tossed a wind sock out and the good lord blessed me with a good limit of 10&11 inch crappie. No monsters just solid eaters. Good to be back in the game. When I got home I realized that I left a wire of my depth finder🤷🏻*♂️

Congrats to be back at it. Horseshoe in crittenden county? If so great job. There were several folks there Wednesday and maybe all of us together might make a limit. Hopefully all your hardware will be easy repairs.

Yep already fixed. Had a buddy come show me how to get it going

You obviously don't need all that high tech stuff to catch fish. Good job.

Most were caught on 3/8 oz jigs made by Larry at Lake City bait and Tackle. Great hooks on a good looking pink and white head
