I've had so many folks ask me about the effects of the high water here. I've told them as long as the water temps are around 50, we will be good to go. If they get toward 60s with the water extremely high, we stand to lose another spawn.
Our water temp was 54-56 this last weekend. I probably could've found some warmer in the backwaters. We are not in danger of losing a spawn by any means in this area. It is more like the norm for us, but we probably have much more shallow weedy areas than y'all do.

Yep. Got lots more to go yet. I'm sitting here in Louisville watching rain from the north affect the TenTom and the rain we are getting here will affect the Ross Barnett in a couple days. Water, water every where and not a place to feesh
