Has anyone followed this tournament at Weiss for some time? Do they all go out of one ramp? Does anyone know if there is a certain ramp used by the tournament entries to launch out of? I’d like to be at the one with the greatest chances to see these guys boat, ie set up maybe follow one or two teams? May not work out but I’d love to see how they compete .
At Crappie USA tournaments you may launch wherever you want. They will hold the weigh in at Graves 3 Rivers Landing. It is a good time to check out their boats and set ups. I would not bother them during the time they are fishing because they are very serious about their fishing and winning the tournament. I would not bother them until after they have weighed in their fish because they will be very busy getting their fish out and culling them. Some of the tournament folks do not want to share much info with you because they don't want to give out any of the secret things they may do to give them an advantage. Some however are very willing to talk to you and share their knowledge. Go check it out and enjoy yourself, hope you can pick up some things that will help you in the future.
