A good soft removable split shot?

I don't use them very often, but the ones I have are hard and seem to damage the line or are ruined when I remove them. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks bfish, I've never heard of this, looks interesting, think I will give it a try.

I haven’t found any that survive removal. I always just liked being able to remove them when I wanted without a retie. I also don’t squish em on too hard to damage the line. I also don’t use them often. Hope you find what you need.
