Newbie - Need advice

Hi everyone!
I am new to the area, have purchased a boat and ready to start fishing!!!
I just joined Crappie.com last night.
I was hoping some of you folk could give me advice on, where to fish, what techniques to try. I have been out on Lake Eustis, Big Harris and Lake Dora. Tried Minnows with bobber, but have yet to catch any crappie! :banghead

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
