Man I like those! How did you get the body so thick? Just by wrapping chenille around or is there something else making it fuller? Nice jig heads too.

Just like going from a 1/16 to a 1/8 using #2 chenille you have to double wrap it!

Dave,,mwe have some monster crappie here in Midsouth, especially in a north Mississppi area where I fish,mso the bigger the profile,, usually means a bigger fish and better hook sets.. Zi love the huge hooks Redneck Rubber sells,,, best for what I'm doing

my favorite colors are Blue jig head and chartruse chenille body and Blue and Chartruce buckskin tail with some flash...fish always seem to like a blue/white or bLue/ chartruse for some reason on my lakes

So far I’ve just tied 1/32 oz gonna step up size some and double wrap and see what that does for me. :ThumbsUp
