That looks like a jigging rap. Initially used just for ice fishing but now are getting alot of use on soft water.

A bassfishermen introduced them to me on norfork and bull shoals !! unreal how they catch fish any kind of fish.
We are casting to the cover pull it sweep it the little tail is the key goes crazy fish think it is injured!!
Need to outlaw them deadly er than the alabama rig!! tearing the fish up on bull and norfork!!monster bass white bass and stripers and catfish and deadly on walleye what they were made to catch!!Not cheap!!but deadly!!
Make a 3/16 oz for crappie and 1/2 oz for white bass and walleye.fixen to try and make an 1/8 oz!!
