Just to add to Sea Ray's post. We were glad to meet up with everyone again for it has been way to long since last time. We had the pleasure to meet with Steve Comalander He was launching his boat as we were loading up to go out. Very nice fellow with a great since of humor. Told us we couldn't be in his video. :Rofl I guess we be ugly to all you folks.:dono Also, had the pleasure to meet Papa gone fishing who caught up with us and caught a few fish as we were all were looking for the schools of perch at different depths. Happy to meet you sir! Hate we couldn't talk much, but glad you showed up to help out in the catching department.:highfive Here's the advice from us. Just fish hard and watch the birds. I have never seen loons scoot so fast over water to get to the diving gulls as we did yesterday! If you can get there quickly you can catch fish. Had a great day with Everett and Monk, they both fished hard I think they enjoyed a learning day for all of us. As for the meat loaf sandwich Sea Ray had it was great to look at but would have been a diet buster for me. Thanks for the offer though! I would have enjoyed I'm sure.:twocents :highfive We had 37 perch total with several throw back each and numerous catfish plus a couple of yellow perch caught, Monticello is a beautiful lake and I'm ready to make that trip again!
