limestone bay report 11-23

caught a couple dozen crappie , most from gravel pits on the north end....orange and chart maribou jigs or Cajun cricket bobby garlands ….also caught around 40 bass in an hour or so after the crappie bite died. water is clear and around 2ft below full pool which is the way I like it....maybe could drop another 6 inches and make it perfect. crappie were all around 10-11 inches with a couple larger but not monsters......saw eagles flying all day. never got a bite out in the bay where I spent the first hour of daylight.

Great report thanks! Glad to found them out there. I like that place but hate all the dust my boat gets all over it on the ride down to the launch.
