Probably not what your looking for but. I keep mine in their packs stored in a square milk crate. I just pull the crate out and set on the deck out of the way. I have tried the binders they were not for me.

I don’t like digging through packs to find what I’m looking for so I have one of the Cabela’s bags that holds 6 of the Plano 3700 maybe 3710 boxes I have 1 box for spider rigging 1 box for jig heads 2 boxes for stingers and 1 for curly tails and 1 box for sliders. I usually set the jig head box and the curly tail box under my seat on front deck so it easy to access when needed ! Never had problem with fading unless I leave em in the pack exposed to lots of sun!
I use a soft side cooler with bodies in their original package separated in Ziploc bags.
Fishing bag, jigs sorted by color and style then kept in ziplocks to stay organized ... until I start using them then it looks like a tornado hit my boat.
What Slabprowler said. Works perfect!
I've needed a way to protect hooks when the basement gets damp in summer and decided zip lock bags the best way. Also, to keep the hooks from getting tangled in bags I use storage foam and insert the hooks side by side.
Now, since I use many hook sizes with 5 different jighead weights, I mark the outside of the bags with each. The bags are hung on a clipboard in order of jighead weight and then hook size - all in different bags. Hooks never rust.

..jig weight and hook size
I use the same foam to use in the jig boxes I take fishing. I cut slits in the foam and insert the hooks, assorting them by weight and hook size which are marked on the lids of the storage boxes.

I store mine in Plano style boxes by size and color with the lid marked for size. Here's one of the boxes. Do the same with grubs, tubes, tails, etc

Sometimes I forget to replenish lost jigs, which becomes a problem using certain lures. I keep lures and jigs organized
in this box from Harbor Freight ($9). (Comes with 10 plastic boxes with different fixed separators inside.)

Another bag with compartments and zippers holds everything else (scissors, file, pliers, fluorocarbon line for leaders,
sun bloc, Sansa Clip radio, sun glasses, jaw grabbers for big fish, digital camera with extra batteries, notepad & pen, etc. - all in separate zip lock bags to protect from rain.)
