well, someone asked a few weeks or days back if I ever get skunked, I said yes but not often, put today down as Skunked, caught several small fish, stayed close to the marina, cold and windy too windy for me. I shall endeavour to persevere and fish another day.

I was out yesterday, caught two short walleyes, a tiny crappie, and one keeper. Tough, but it could have been worse.
That ain't Skunked Beagle. You cuaght fish. A Skunkin to me is not even catching a short. Been there a few times.

I've been out a couple of hours the last 2 days. Not even a nibble. Now that's what I call getting skunked.
You got out and gave it a good try. It is only going to get colder as the weekend gets here. Good luck if you are going out deer hunting this weekend.
