I'd be interested to know, too. All my rowdy Green River friends are tearing 'em up at Cumberland, so I'm not getting any feedback on Green.
COE site says water temps are ~63deg at the dam ... from surface to nearly 40ft deep. Lake is still at less than 1ft below Summer Pool and very slowly falling (output is only in the 450cfs range). They didn't get all that much rain over these last few days.
They should be starting to pull the lake down 7ft to Winter Pool already, and have it at Winter Pool by the end of Nov.
I was there Monday and had 18 keepers and a bunch of fun sized fish while pile fishing with jigs in a couple different depths. Had fish in piles that were in 13 fow fishing from the tops of the piles plumb down into them. Then found the most and better size in piles that were in 18 fow doing the same thing. White jigs were my color of the day. Lots of guys were spider rigging up in the shallows. Too crowded for me. Lol. It should only get better from now till winter.
Gonna be spider riggin on GRL. Want to catch a nice mess for the freezer. Sounds like the rains didnt affect water much. Will post our results good or bad. Appreciate the info.
