Good morning, all. I'm in the market for some jig heads. I am looking for unpainted 1/16 or 1/24 oz heads and would like to support a CDC member if possible. What are some good recommendations? I normally use BG baits if it matters.

If you're looking for custom made jig heads, where you can choose head weight, size/style/color of hook, and whether they're weedless or not .... then yes, our custom pouring jig maker members can take care of you.
I use weedless 1/16oz & 1/32oz jig heads with a #2 gold Aberdeen hook in both sizes, and I have them made by Grousefly. I do know that there are several other members that are in the custom jig making business, and their clients will likely reply as to whom they use when they read this post of yours.
FWIW .... I chose to up the hook size from #4 to a #2 when I went from mostly using 1.5" plastics to using 2" to 2.75" plastics, so as to have an adequate gap between the hook point & the larger bodied plastics.

If you do not want to go custom, as mentioned above, you might want to check out the Double Cross jigs offered on the Grizzly Jig Co. website. Been using them for several months now and I really like them. JMO. :)

I guess I shouldn't say this but I use Road Runners and Mr. Crappie jig heads. Love them.
