Help at Lake Washington
Headed to Washington tomorrow, coming from Il and can't wait to get down there. Was looking for any reports or anyone wanting to head me in the right direction on what I need to be doing. Any info would be appreciated. If you don't want to make info public please pm me. Thanks

I would probably long line jigs or road runners just outside of the trees.

Both good pieces of advice...… don't be hesitant to get slap in the middle of that lake, cause it's not deep anyway.....(places, yeah, but generally)….some real nice flats right in the middle. Experiment with speed.. if you're pushing minners….and you think you're goin too slow....slow down!!

Thanks for all the helpful info. We had an amazing 4 days of fishing. Ended up catching 251 crappie w 127 keepers. Biggest fish was 2 lb 10 oz. All fish were caught spider rigging in deep water section. 13/15 ft was best. Jigs tipped w minnows and straight minnows. One wasnt better then the other. Caught most fish about 12 ft deep but in the evening 5 ft seemed to be the best. Best trolling speed seemed to be .3/.4 Mph. For those that have never been Roys is a great place to stay.

I really want to head over there this winter and try it out. I've been looking at Roy's website. Did y'all stay at location 1 on the North end of the lake or their #2 location? I've never been over there yet so wasn't sure whether it was better to stay one place vs the other

Up on north end by the store is the best .

Wow!! A 50% keeper ratio is great. Had to be a fun trip. If I ever can get caught up at work, I need to get over there.
