As long as it works for you, it good enough. You must be picking good colors for your water if you can just tie a few colors and only a couple time each year, that great! Love seeing all the different combos' guys tie in different waters so thanks for sharing.
If I go a little while without tying something it starts to make me need to think too much about what I am doing. So I like to at least tie a few often even if it's just to tie something to stay in practice.

Yea, I used to make a dozen or so colors and variants. It eventually boiled down to a few with a specific lake or group of lakes in mind... Black/char is my only true everywhere color.Quote:
