Lake Wateree Catfish Help!

Hey ladies and gentlemen!
We bought a boat, unfortunate it's not going to be much good for crappie but we plan to anchor and drift for catfish and striper quite a bit. Does anyone know where the catfish and/or shad are on Wateree? Not looking for your numbers, just looking to save a couple of hours of searching. Going to head out Saturday, wish us luck!

Idk where you put in at but if you put in at clear water cove the 3 slew on the left you will see island sticking out with grass shallow and I normaly have good luck with catching bait there about 10-15 ft off island but it's been hit or miss lately I can give you gps to the spot if you cant find it

Use minnows for crappie and you'll catch more catfish than crappie
