The silicone tubing is for adding a little more thread behind the head and also used if using plastic baits to help hold them on.Quote:

I have never seen that rubber collar.
Yes it is a small collar and the tubing is hollow silicone cord used for plastic beads from hobby lobby cut to size and threaded on hook shank with thin coat of Attachment 318084super glue.Quote:
