If You Can’t Join Them, Eat Them!
Maybe not exactly the correct wording of that old adage, but it applies to the supper meal served tonight. Last night I found a brushpile stacked with Specks, and would have certainly enjoyed going back this evening and hammering them again but heavy rain and flood warnings kept me home. No problem, we will just eat some of last nights catch. Baked Parmesan Panko Crappie, the recipe can be found here on this awesome site. Enjoy [emoji4]
