Spare Tire Mount

I have a Bass Tracker PT175 and want to mount a spare tire. Any suggestions on what to use and where to place it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, got my Troll N Tray recessed trolling motor tray installed. Had our son in law to cut the hole in the deck. Just couldn't bring myself to do it.

You can buy bolt on tire mounts for most applications, academy, bps online. I don't remember where I got mine, or you could use a large u bolt

Put one on my trailer.I have a 1992 Tracker V-17. Way the boat sits I mounted it right in front of right side fender. Bought the mount off EBay .Works great.

You got a picture of that?

I just used a U-bolt that fit the hole spacing on the rim. Bolted to the winch stand.

Check etrailer online for price of kit.

Maybe cable lock one in the bed of your truck?

Hope you can see this Jerry. Works great for me.

One peice of advice, get a good heavy cable with eyes and a non cut table lock to run through wheel and around trailer frame.

Can pick up a pack of locking lug nuts too.;)
