Henderson Weather for Wednesday 9/5/18.....JR, I will be one day late but I hope not one fish short of prediction....Hurricane can't keep a fisherman down....up at 3:30...launch at 6 AM....just can't ask for a better day.....

I got up to go Monday morning, checked the radar and chickened out. Tuesday morning I fished pillow pond and caught a limit of 3 pounders in my dreams, but it looks like a GO in the morning I'll let ya'll know. What hurricane ???

According to the chart, it starts off at 95% at 6 AM and drops to 64% at 2 PM.....

OK...here it is...I was hoping ya'll forgot since I was 5 short of my prediction....fished hard daylight till 12:30...my umbrella came in handy today in the sun....kept 8 on shiners....big fish went 13"....missed several big somethings....best bite was about 5 feet deep in 10 FOW.....talked to a guy at the landing and he said folks were doing real good starting at 5 PM.....gave the cleaned fillets to my next door neighbor...he loves to cook and is always bringing us something....said he was going to smoke these today and will give us a sample.....someone tried to steal my PERM plate off my trailer at the landing....this is the 3rd one....it was barely hanging....guess they found out that it was bolted and welded on...they ripped it up pretty bad so they left it....maybe they saw the sign on the tailgate of my truck...."SECURITY CAMERA IN USE"....I picked up a new tag this morning at the DMV for $18....
