Ply - Ing a lot of Rubber
Some of you remember when I almost sunk my Boat --- On the way home I creeped home with a big Knot on the front tire. I had a new tire at home which I changed and moved the Rear Tire to the front and the new one on back ... after Retirement The trips to town are about 25 miles round trip. the last few weeks the dreaded bad tire had returned. I started looking at Consumer Reports at all kinds of new Tires Because I did not want what my son had put on the truck when I loaned it to him about 6 years ago. One tire went bad and instead of putting the spare tire on he got a new set of Four that did not last 35k miles. With no Alignment or front end issues, I had already had to pull Two off because of seperations. I made the decision to order Two new Michelin Defender, 70K tires to go on the front.... Next Month Two more will be placed on the Rear. The Goodyear Dealer in Ruston Ordered and Installed them for me. when those two front tires were spun, one had the Knot from a separation, and the other was out of round... That made all Four of those Tires he had put on all bad.... Like I said in another Post YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.. These Michilins are the best All season Tires I have ever had on any Vehicle... Now When I hook up the Boat I know the Truck will get me there and Back... I Love the new tread pattern and you will too
