I decided to just troll today. I got about maybe 60 fish from 8 am to noon. No jumbos though :(
I kept just enough to have lunch tomorrow. The pleasure craft traffic was huge.
I wish people had better boat ramp etiquette.
On a final note, I have to admit that nothing beats the spring time spawn when the trees are purple at Salamonie.

can i get a pic of how you mounted your umbrellas? are they made for boats? i been thinking about making a fold down bimini top for mine, to use while trolling. i already have a tractor umbrella though.

The umbrellas are basic golf umbrellas that I removed the handle from. The mounts are flag poll holders I got from Menards. I fabricated some brackets from aluminum stock and painted. This was so the adjustment was front to back on the seat. The handle on the umbrellas is PVC pipe that
