Found a pretty cool article that had the Yellowstone River in Montana as the #4 fishing spot in the US. I wouldn't disagree, but then again I'm pretty biased :biggrin

I'm sure there are many others that will go along with a #4 rating for the "the Big Sky Country".
Personally, I'd rate it higher!
Actually that #4 position probably relies on fishing for trout.
I imagine Yellowstone is really heavily stocked with trout , and to be very sure stockers are way easier to ketch than the wild ones ....
so it really doesn't surprise me that its ranked way up there on trout , someday I would love to give it a go ,,,,
do they stock them crossbreed tiger trout ? asking for a friend
