No fishing guys. Been busy at work and banking.
Hotbweather is my friend. We have been rolling.
My wife's on board to keep lake house so we've
been working on permanent financing all day.
Looking good tho. Then I had a lady call wanting to rent top to floors three years.
Leaving me basement till my son gets outa school.
It will sleep four comfortably. Love it when a plan comes together !!!!!
BTW. Learned a new term today. Jumbo loan. Barely come under it at 60 percent of appraised value. Learn sum thang ery day
