Yes they are, I use to catch those often while night fishing for walleye in Minnesota

Wish we had them down here. They are very good. Taste like our bluegill.

Bull Shoals has a few, I have caught a few out of Bull Shoals only a couple big enough to eat.

We can catch a bunch in Canada but size is the problem. We found that trolling number 4 flicker shads in Firetiger is what we caught the nice ones on. Night crawlers work but catch the baby ones.
