30 ... NO ... 31
I forgot about the Bass that swollowed the crankbait. Had a good morning getting to the ramp right before daylight the water was clearer today than I've ever seen. I made an extremly long run in my boat probably 200 yrds then set the Ipilot set out my rods and made 1 long pass on the flat where I was picking up a few the last couple weeks. Nothing shallow and turned around to pull in a little deeper water about 18' and it was game on. For the next 3 hrs caught one after another. It didn't make a difference what color the crankbait was as long as it was running 1o' deep. I had the hole oxbow to my self, from the amount of boats and jet skies tied to the docks they had themselves a good time yesterday. I finished up at 9 am just as it was starting to get HOT. 31 pretty fish made the long ride back to the truck.

Glad someone put a hook in the water -- I was invited next door for their Fish Fry ... Watched several kids use a Banner from the Peach Festival as a water slide.. Their soaker hose peed on my leg

The oxbow I was in doesn't have a name that I know of, the closest town is Koline and it is at mile marker 82.2 on the Red River. As far as pictures I have some I can get them to load to the computer but when I try to post on here it tells me file not found.
