Gotta make a little smoke to keep the bugs away. But dang, all that food just gonna attract crappie.com members. Got leftovers, be right over.

I decided I would join in on making some smoke. The wife found one at Academy that fit the bill --- LP gas - wood or charcoal - and an external smoke box on the end. Porcelain Cast Iron Grates .. and a small side burner-- we had supper off the Grill tonight and I have a roast to put on the smoker tomorrow if it does not rain

I love making smoke on my Big Green Egg ! I try to cook something on it at least once per week. I like cooking big pieces of meat, like brisket or Pork Boston Butt Roasts and beef ribs, those big ones. Your cookout looks great.
