What particular size swivel do most of you crankers use. I have several sizes and wonder the pros and cons.
Be sure they are big enough and strong enough to handle those sea run stripers or you will lose your cranks. Hit triples twice last week...

Flat lining I use no swivels at all just fas / or duo lock snaps. You get into talking about dragging or pushing weights with them then we have a whole nother topic about swivels :Rofl

I use ones rated for 20-30lbs they are pretty small.... I don't use braid all mono so to keep the cats from cutting the line a tie a barrel swivel to main line and then a 2-2 1/2' braid leader then a fast snap swivel! Works great for me!

I was there when the Striper ate the whole thing. Delta uses baby swivels, and I was expecting it to happen...
I use a #1 ball bearing swivel with a coastlock snap. You can get 30 of them on Amazon for about $12.00. They work well.
#1 DuoLoc snap is all you need.
