I'm leaving Saturday, headed to the gulf for a week. Gonna be there with the family. I'll have a rod in the surf every morning at daylight. Hopefully filling the cooler with whiting (ground mullet), bluefish and a few flounder!
Anyone else have vacation plans that involve a little, or lot, of fishing?

I'm retired, so every day is a Vacation Day :biggrin and I seem to be transitioning over to "night shift" hours, so I'm probably going to be fishing at night (mostly) over the next few months.
Just got back from taneycomo off of table rock lake. Beautiful place and as many trout as you care to catch.

Just got back from a week in Punta Cana. Wife and daughter got me a day on a charter for my birthday. I caught fish...well......reeled fish in until I was worn out. It was a blast! More Mahi Mahi than you could shake a stick at.
