The Pico Crankbaits strike again.....
I caught one keeper on a Bandit version of a Pico crank color, but the rest of the mess were all caught on various Pico cranks.
I'm in no way associated, work for, sponsored by or receiving anything from Pico, but there is a difference in these baits verses Bandits, Arkie's and even Bombers.
The crappie absolutely love em', and I know better to say this, but I have only caught 2 slimers thus far on cranks! Maybe the kitty kats don't like Pico's, or I have been very very lucky thus far!!
Regardless, the weather folks missed the wind forecast on Sunday, and it was brutal on the main lake with some very spooky and sketchy moments. In the end, I made it back in one piece, and the new Ranger handled those rolling seas better than I had thought!!
Starting to see a shift in part of a pattern, and another pattern beginning to take shape. Sunday's box of fish were one of the better boxes of feeshes I've caught on the twin lakes in some time. We will see if these patterns continue to develop, and where they go from there.
